Pinterest in the Classroom

What I learned from this activity is that there is a lot of ideas that you can take from this and learn what will work in your classroom and what won't work. As a teacher I think I would utilize this website by finding new ways to look at different core plans. It gives me an opportunity to see how other teachers present things in their own way, this way we can bounce off ideas with each other. Some of the strengths in Pinterest is the way it is simple. Where you can build boards and pin certain things that you plan on using or you would like to use in the future onto your board. Some challenges that I faced while I was on Pinterest, was finding the right thing that I was looking for. For my job I use Pinterest every week. I use it to find different activities to do for the week. Based on art, sensory, science, and a gym game. Overall I love Pinterest because it shows how other people are doing different activities and ways that can make them better.
