My Prezi
This blog will be used for an introductory on the first day of school. I have a portion on why I love teaching and how I love with it. It also shows what my game plan is starting from 2017. The intended audience for this presentation is for the parents, but the students are more than welcome to join the adult while viewing this presentation.

Three Teacher Blogs

The reason I choose this blog is because it was very well organized. Each tab has different activities to be worked on for the kids. This is important because if a child would miss something the activity is online for the kids to catch up on. Another reason I choose this is because it didn't just have kindergarten classrooms, it had ages ranging from kindergarten to eighth grade and then a few math classes, so this blog could be for multiple students.

The reason I choose this blog was the daily schedule that is posted here. I think that for parents who look at this will appreciate that this is posted and updated to feel that connection with what the student is doing. It also gives a good sense of communication between teacher and parent.

This blog was chosen was because this teacher posted what day one to day five looked like. It looks like in this classroom they have technology, and this teacher incorporated this into her blog. She wanted to make the classroom a safe place for the students to use technology and how they can do this at home as well.

Welcome to My Blog
My name is Mikaela Sislowski, and something that I would enjoy in the future is being in a Kindergarten classroom. Currently I am working at a childcare program at an elementary school that is offered before and after school. It is very educational to sit with students between the age group of K-5 and seeing how to deal with certain situations. Some of my favorite things to do with the students is playing card games and learning new ones from them. In my future classroom I would want the kids to have a fun place of learning and enjoy coming to school. I would accomplish this by making the classroom relevant to the students around me.
Some of my own interests consist of music, television, and reading books. One of my favorite things to do in my free time is go see musicals. I think that music is very important even in a classroom. Connecting something with a sing-song makes it more easy to remember in the long run. Another thing I enjoy doing is relaxing in front of the television, which I really like any genre. Lastly I enjoy reading mystery novels. I like not knowing what is going to happen at the end of the book and keeping me on the edge of my seat.
